Homes England have recently issued Help to Buy Agents with a new affordable Home Ownership application form. This new form requires different information to the previous application. If you have a registered application, we confirm that it continues to remain registered, as the data we held was transferred into the new format. However, we would request that you log in and review your application, adding any missing or additional information.

Please note that you must complete a full application and be assessed as eligible by Help to Buy Agent for the South before you can proceed with the purchase of a Shared Ownership home or rental of a property. You also need to be registered if you wish to add favourite properties.

If you are completing the application form on behalf of someone else, you must first complete a Third Party Authority Form. Please return the form to info@helptobuyagent3.org.uk.

If you are interested in the Help to Buy Equity Loan scheme, you will not need to complete the online application. For more details about how to apply for this scheme, Please visit the Equity Loan Portal.
